LOVELL SIXTEEN JEWELLERY are currently undertaking an exercise to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”), which had come into force on 15th November 2013.

The Notice attached herewith is sent to you in the English Language it contains, among others, the purposes for which your personal data collected by us may be used.

As you have previously provided your personal data to us and have been receiving various information from us from time to time, we trust that you are agreeable for us to continue doing so.   1. Collection of Personal Data
    1. This Personal Data Notice is issued to all our existing, prospective customers and data subjects pursuant to the coming into force of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 on 15th November 2013.
    2. In the course of your dealings with us, we have collected and/or will be collecting and processing your personal information (“Personal Data”) to enable us to keep you updated of our products and services.
    3. We treat and view the maintenance and processing of your Personal Data with utmost importance.
  2. Personal Data
    1. The Personal Data will include information such as your name, date of birth, identity card number, passport number, address, gender, race, nationality, marital status, employer, income range, email contact information and such other relevant information to enable us to provide you our services and products.
  3. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data
    1. The Personal Data has been and/or will be collected and processed by us for the following purposes:
      1. the delivery of pamphlets, brochures, flyers, mails, leaflets and other advertising and promotional materials regarding our products and/or services to you, which delivery may be via sms, email, mail, fax or hand delivery to you;
      2. the maintenance and upkeep of customer’s records;
      3. marketing and client/customer profiling activities regarding our latest product and/or services;
      4. statistical analysis;
      5. our branding, communications and corporate affairs, which include publication in our printed materials, website and/or other electronic media;
      6. to be used for internal record keeping and our corporate governance;
      7. ensuring compliance with and to make disclosure under any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, by laws, guidelines and/or codes applicable to us;
      8. any subsequent commercial transactions in relation to our products and/or services; and
      9. any other purposes related to our business.
  4. Rights of Access and Correction
    1. You may at any time after the submission of personal data to us, submit your request for access to your personal data with us.
    2.  You may make all such request to access through the aforesaid address and contact.
    3. Any personal date retained by us shall be destroyed and/or deleted from our records and system in accordance with our retention policy in the event such data is no longer required for the purpose set out in Section 3.1 above.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, we and our directors, management, employees, authorised officers or agents will not be responsible for any personal data submitted by you to us that is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or not updated, or entered into our system incorrectly due to human error.
  5. Disclosure of Personal Data
    1. The Personal Data provided to us will be kept confidential but you agree, consent and authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to the following classes of parties:
  1. Any persons, government agencies, statutory authorities and/or industry regulators whom we are compelled or required to do pursuant to any law;
  2. Any associated, related and/or subsidiaries companies of LOVELL SIXTEEN JEWELLERY, including those incorporated in the future,;
  3. Our business partners and affiliates;
  4. Our auditors, consultants, lawyers, accountants and/or advisors;
  5. Our third party service providers, sub-contractors or other parties as may be deemed necessary by us to facilitate your dealings with us.
  6. Consequences of Refusal/Failure to Provide Personal Data
    1. The failure to provide the Personal Data and/or refusal or restriction on any usage may result in:
  1. The inability for us to provide you with updates on our products and/or services; and/or
  2. The inability to complete commercial transactions in relation to our products and/or services; and/or
  3. The inability to comply with any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, by laws, guidelines and/or codes applicable to us.
  1. Security
    1. Your Personal Data will be kept and processed in a secured manner. The appropriate administrative and security safeguards, policies and procedures will be implemented, as far as practicable, in accordance to the applicable laws and regulations. We will, as far as practicable, aim to prevent the unauthorised and/or unlawful processing of, and the accidental loss, destruction or damage to your Personal Data.
  2. Language
    1. In accordance to Section 7(3) Personal Data Protection Act 2010, this Notice is issued in and English languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the English language version of this Notice shall prevail.

Terms & Condition for Return

If there happens to be any discrepancy in products that you received, please contact our Hotline at +6013 3941663 for further assistance.


  1. Request for Exchange shall be made within three (3) days after receiving the item. Any requests made beyond the stipulated time frame will not have guaranteed approval and will only be approved upon management descration.
  2. Accepted reason(s) of Exchange are as the following:
          i. Item received in defective condition.
          ii. Item received different from ordered item
         iii. Item received as per order but size does not fit. 
    Note: Exchange request due to change of mind and /or for items that are damaged due “wear and tear” are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  3. All returned item for Exchange must be in new, unused, unsoiled condition complete with its original packaging and receipt.
  4. LOVELL SIXTEEN will conduct quality check of the returned item before proceeding for the Exchange to ensure the above conditions are fulfilled.
  5. LOVELL SIXTEEN will not take any responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances during the returning process by the Customer. LOVELL SIXTEEN will only provide courier airway bill for the returning of the item if the item has been confirmed to be in defective condition upon delivery OR item received by the Customer is different from the order placed.
  6. Exchange is only limited to the same design of the same value subject to stock availability. Should the price of the exchanged item is higher, Customer is required to add up the difference in price. However, If the exchanged item price is lower, LOVELL SIXTEEN will extend e-Voucher for the excess amount to be returned to the Customer. The said e-Voucher can be utilized at our website or other online platform. 
  7. Exchange process may take approximately five (5) to fourteen (14) working days after the return item is received by HABIB from Customer.


  1. Request for Order Cancellation shall be made within 24-hour upon placing the order provided that the order has not been shipped out. LOVELL SIXTEEN will not be able to make the cancellation once the order(s) have been shipped out.
  2. To request for Order Cancellation, Customer shall contact our Customer Service Hotline at +6013 3941663.
  3. Accepted reason(s) for Order Cancellation are as the following:
          i. To change size of the item
          ii. To change shipping information
    Note: Cancellation request due to change of mind is not acceptable. 
  4. LOVELL SIXTEEN will issue the monetary refund in the form of e-Voucher. The said e-Voucher can be utilized at our website. Refund via original method of payment may be requested by Customer.
  5. Once the cancellation request is approved, it may take up to thirty (30) working days for the amount to be reflected in the bank account due to financial transaction processes with external parties. 


For the time being, LOVELL SIXTEEN e-Store is only able to fulfill deliveries within Malaysia.

Delivery Timeline & Status

  1. Once the order has been placed by the Customer, LOVELL SIXTEEN will take approximately one (1) to two (2) working days to process before the order will be handed over to our trusted courier partner to be delivered.
  2. Estimated delivery timeline as below:
    Within West Malaysia: up to three (3) calendar days
    Within East Malaysia : up to seven (7) calendar days
  3. To check on the delivery status, Customer may refer to the tracking number updated in the order details.
  4. Shipping charges and delivery time frame may be subjected to revision from time to time. During campaigns, peak season or any promotional events, order process and delivery time may experience some delay. Customer(s) are encouraged to contact Customer Service Hotline at +6013 3941663 for update and further clarification.

In the event that the order(s) are not able to be processed within the time period specified in Order Confirmation email, LOVELL SIXTEEN will contact Customer via the contact information provided to notify the delay.

LOVELL SIXTEEN trusted courier partner(s) will ensure the safety of all deliveries. In the case of lost during transition, LOVELL SIXTEEN will engage with respective courier partner to investigate for clarity and certainty before proceeding with reimbursement to Customer.

Customer is advice to receive by hand once the order(s) are delivered. In the case of Customer is not available to receive the item, Customer required to make the necessary arrangement to ensure that the order(s) is received well.  LOVELL SIXTEEN and courier partner(s) will not take any responsibility if unattended delivered order(s) with proof of delivery is lost.

If the delivery of the order(s) failed or delayed due to the Customer, including incorrect delivery address provided, the delivery package will be returned to LOVELL SIXTEEN.  Any request(s) to be re-delivered, additional delivery charges will apply accordingly.
